I think getting control of your gut has got to be the most common goal of working out. Abdominal workouts are tough because they can really be painful and nauseating. David Grisaffi has coached a lot of top athletes in the best methods for Ab development. I had a particularly hard time flattening my abs after having cancer surgery. I had a 36 stitch incision made in my lower abdomin. Just after the surgery my six pack abs turned into a keg! Needless to say I wasn't tickled with it. David's approach worked wonders for me.
